How the magic happens.

  • Step 1

    Humble Beginnings

    Only the freshest of ingredients are combined to create the innner filling found in the middle of every Cruncholi

    A Plump Pocket

    The filling is injected into high-quality homemade pasta ravioli dough, creating perfectly plump bite-sized squares

  • Step 3

    Take a Dip

    Before they are dipped at the table, Cruncholi take a little dip into a tempura batter followed by our homemade panko breading

  • Step 4

    Bring the Heat

    Each Cruncholi spends 2-3 minutes in a 350 degree Fryer. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit. This is where Cruncholi get their distinctive CRUNCH!
